  • Be returned in its original packaging (when applicable).

Return Process

After your return request is approved, we'll email step-by-step instructions for sending the item back. Please:

  1. Pack the item securely to prevent transit damage.
  2. Include any original accessories, manuals, and packing materials.

You are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

  • Notify you whether the refund was approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. The time until your account reflects the refund depends on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
